Testimonials

Good relationships with our clients and other trades are important to us.

Tyrone recently completed a job for me at my townhouse in Hataitai - I was very impressed with his professional attitude his time management and his attention to detail. The job was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Tyrone and Sorted Construction and will be using him again in the future.

Fantastic with very little lead in time. They made it work!! Quality of work - impeccable. The age of the house meant it needed quite a lot done and they worked in with the painter and roofer. We were very lucky with the weather as well. The plan came together. Thoroughly recommend Tyrone and his team.

Good communication, completed ahead of schedule, good job, reasonable price, excellent quick availability.
Very pleased not to have to wait forever for a builder while looking at the hole in the wall

Tyrone did an amazing job, really professional, punctual, great communicator would work with him again in a heartbeat and fully recommend him

Very knowledgeable, very detailed and takes a lot of pride in his work. Would definitely recommend

I will highly recommend Tyrone and his team for any building related work. He was prompt to come up with a quote and made sure that maintenance work at our property was done with precision and within committed time frame.

Tyrone Moko

Tyrone’s business journey in construction began at high school with work experience at large commercial construction and residential sites. He then worked with a commercial construction company and later completed his New Zealand Certificate in Carpentry.

After several years working for a small building company, where he expanded his experience further, Tyrone started Sorted Construction, which provides residential and light commercial carpentry services in the Wellington region.

Attention to detail and doing a job once and doing it right are important to the Sorted team. “What we love about this work is having satisfied customers, seeing the smile on their face at the end of the job.”

With Sorted Construction you get integrity, accountability and a passion for building. As Licensed Building Practitioners our team meets required standards for structure and weathertightness of residential buildings.

Tyrone appreciates the opportunities he has been given to learn the trade over the years and now enjoys investing time in encouraging and sharing his knowledge with his own team.

“It is important to learn something every day and keep challenging ourselves so that we can continue to get better and grow.”
Outside of work Tyrone likes spending time with his young family, and when time allows, he enjoys playing softball and keeping up with both rugby and rugby league games with his friends.
